END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) Santa Barbara Pix believes in a simple, straightforward agreement. If you purchase hard copy images or digital file downloads, you are free to use them as you wish, other than offering them for sale.

Images may be published electronically (web-sites, face book, etc) and you may create links to your images on our site.

You agree, attest, and reaffirm your agreement to the terms listed herein and to conduct your transaction electronically.
 
NOTE FOR DIGITAL FILES:  Please be sure you order the image you want. We are unable to refund digital image purchases after delivery due to your ability to copy, print, crop, edit and distribute once it is received. If you receive a damaged file, let us know and we will send a new one or a link for you to re-download the file.
