Santa Barbara Pix was at East Beach in Santa Barbara, California on a beautiful and sunny Tuesday night photographing the 2009 Reef n Run series. The swim is out and back from the Cabrillo Arts Center and the run starts at the Cabrillo Arts Center, runs down towards Stearns Wharf, and then back. Santa Barbara BMX State Qualifier

Vicki’s 3000m Run

Vicki’s 3000 Meter Run was held today at Santa Barbara City College. Benefiting the Special Olympics, 80+ runners ran in 4 heats based on estimated completion time. Photos are posted at Santa Barbara Pix as well as a few video clips.

Santa Ynez High School v Tahquitz High School Baseball CIF

The Tahquitz High School Titans drove to Santa Barbara County on Tuesday May 26, 2009 to take on the Santa Ynez High School Pirates in CIF Southern Section baseball playoffs. Tahquitz opened the scoring with a 2 run home run. Santa Ynez came back to tie the game, but Tahquitz was too much and held on to win 5-4. Santa Ynez High School Baseball vs Gladstone High School Baseball CIF Playoffs

The Santa Ynez High School Pirates hosted the Gladstone High School Gladiators from Covina on Friday May 22, 2009 in CIF Southern Section Division V Baseball playoff action at SYHS. The Pirates jumped out to an early 2-0 lead and went on to shut out Gladstone 4-0. Santa Ynez High School advances to the Quarter Final round of the CIF SS Division V baseball tournament on Tuesday, May 26, 2009. The site of the next game will be determined by a coin toss. Dos Pueblos High School vs Alemany High School CIF Baseball Playoffs

Santa Barbara Pix was at Dos Pueblos High School on Thursday May 21, 2009 to photograph DPHS vs Alemany High School CIF Baseball playoffs. The DPHS Chargers jumped out to an early lead and went on to win 7-2. Good luck to the Dos Pueblos Chargers as they progress through the CIF playoffs.
