Your use of this website and any materials available herein identifies that you agree to the following terms of use (hereinafter referred to "Terms of Use").  If you do not agree to these terms then you should leave this website immediately (hereinafter referred to as "Site", not use any of the materials available herein, and/or not subscribe to this service.

DIGITAL IMAGES

All digital images found on Santa Barbara Pix are the property of Santa Barbara Pix. All of these images are protected by United States and International copyright laws and may not be reproduced for commercial use without expressed written consent of Santa Barbara Pix.

Digital image files from Santa Barbara Pix are available for purchase. Once purchased, a download link for the digital image file will be sent to you via e-mail within 24 hours. Your purchased digital image is intended for "personal use" (as defined below) only. You may not use or reproduce a digital image in such a manner as to suggest an affiliation with or endorsement by any person, product or entity that is not affiliated with you. Digital images may not be used for any type of  commercial use" (as defined below) without the prior written consent of Santa Barbara Pix. You also agree not to modify, alter or otherwise manipulate any digital images on our website including without limitation to   downloading any digital images, adding other materials to a digital image, or copying and digital images without Santa Barbara Pix's prior written consent.

PERSONAL USE

You may use the image(s) you purchase from Santa Barbara Pix for your personal, noncommercial use at home. You may download and use the image(s) for Social Networking Sites such as Facebook. Colleges and schools may post the images on their website. Schools may ask us for non-water marked versions and we will supply them at no cost.
